Bookings & Appointments

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the treatment cost.

  • Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the full treatment fee being charged.

  • Workshop and event bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
