This policy applies to all retail products purchased from The Crystal Booth, including crystals, spiritual tools, wellness products, and related items.

1. Product Purchases

All products sold by The Crystal Booth are described and presented as accurately as possible. Many items we sell, particularly crystals and natural stones, are unique and naturally formed, which means colour, shape, size, and texture may vary slightly from images shown online or in promotional materials.

By purchasing a product, you acknowledge that natural variations may occur and are part of the product’s natural characteristics.

2. Change of Mind Returns

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the item.

If you change your mind:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any packaging

  • Returns must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs may not be refunded unless required under consumer law.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

  • Be unused and in a resellable condition

  • Include original packaging where applicable

  • Not be damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or reduce the refund value if returned items are not in suitable condition.

Faulty goods reported within 30 days of purchase may qualify for a full refund.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

If a product is faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund including reasonable return costs where applicable.

6. Non-Returnable Items
